Chau began her yoga journey when she was a stressed-out medical student in NYC. Tight shoulders from boxing and swimming combined with the long hours required by her studies led to explore yoga as a way of finding balance. Seeing not only physical but mental changes, she found yoga to be a more effective healing tool than prescribing drugs, and she felt she had to share this discovery with everyone she could. It has been through teaching that Chau has been able to continue to learn and evolve her practice. Combining her passion for music-making with yoga, Chau unites the energy of body, mind, and spirit in one seamless practice.
