Are your classes for all levels or is experience required?
One of our core philosophies at Aura is that fitness is for everyone. We do not shame our students for not being able to keep up during class, we encourage them. If you are new to Aura or just returning to fitness after some time off please just let the instructor know so they can make sure you have the best experience possible.
Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early if it is your first class at our studio so we can make sure you are good to go!
